Goals of the Institutional Project for Internationalization - Mackenzie

 

  • To transfer knowledge gained abroad to the University and the country.
  • To attract foreign researchers to graduate programs related to project themes.
  • To crystallize and expand MPU’s position as a reference institution in the project themes.
  • Expanding the visibility and international experience of professors and students of the graduate programs.
  • Encourage the establishment of new international cooperation in research projects related to themes.
  • To enhance MPU’s standing as a benchmark institution in research.
  • To attract young talent and other researchers living abroad to MPU graduate programs.
  • To expand international collaborative research networks.
  • To crystallize and enhance MPU’s standing as a benchmark institution in different areas: materials and nanodevices for application on energy, telecommunications and sensors, micro- and nano-structured multifunctional materials, legal infrastructure for nanotechnology, applications of social and affective neuroscience, applications of developmental neuroscience for the promotion of optimal early development, architecture and urbanism, human mobility and cultures,  linguistic and literature, social inclusion, public policies and governance for the reduction of inequalities, application to innovation in business, astroengineering and engineering applied to space geophysics.
  • Increase scientific production with a high impact factor.
  • To foster the establishment of new international collaborations in the project themes.
  • To increase proficiency in foreign languages for students of Graduate Programs and technical staff that have a direct relationship with the proposed internationalization project.
