"Round Table on Design Innovation in Global Actors of Service: Different norms & practices in international operations"

The objective of the roundtable is to discuss the problems, challenges, and advances in the field of studies on innovation in service design and its relationship with formal and informal regulation in international operations that take place in different regions of the world. The focus is on managing innovation and its relationships with the institutional environment of the different countries in which companies operate, including topics such as government-business relations, innovation and servitization networks, corporate political activity, public-private service innovation networks and social innovation in the services industry.

The roundtable discusses partial results of the project 'Institutions and the decision to deliver service in strategic alliances for new-drug clinical trial in the pharmaceutical industry', component of the interdisciplinary and thematic subprogram 'Brain, Cognition and Behaviour: Theory and Application in Innovation of Business', coordinated by Prof. Walter Bataglia from PPGA, and linked to the UPM CAPES Internationalization Program (PrInt).
