The Postdoctoral Program is intended for individuals holding a doctoral degree who wish to undertake a research project. To be eligible, candidates must possess a doctoral degree conferred by a recognized institution of higher education in Brazil or abroad. For degrees obtained from foreign institutions, they must be revalidated or recognized in accordance with current legislation, or there must be an existing cooperation agreement between the respective countries.

The postdoctoral is characterized by activities carried out in collaboration with the PPG-CDH, under the supervision of a permanent academic staff member of the Program.

Professors from Mackenzie Presbyterian University will not be allowed to do postdoctoral studies at the institution itself.
