The Graduate Program in Education, Art and History of Culture is rated 5 in the Brazilian Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel – CAPES classification, which corresponds to the concept of excellence. The program trains researchers and professors who develop interdisciplinary knowledge from the following areas of knowledge: Education, Art and History of Culture, with an emphasis on contemporaneity. Interdisciplinarity is investigated through educational, artistic, technological and cultural manifestations, as well as research disseminating this knowledge in different media: exhibitions, curatorships, teaching materials and musical, theatrical, cinematographic and audiovisual performances.
