The goal is to simulate computationally changes in position in international rankings on the ease of doing business in the country, its global competitiveness, and the degree of perception of corruption in our country. An example of the panel contribution is given in the answer to the following question:

What would happen to Brazil's position in the ranking of "doing business", which is currently 116th place, if the number of days required to start a business was reduced from the current 101.5 days to 8.3 days, which is the average for the OECD?

In preparation, the proposed panel will develop its know-how based on the methodology of celebrated indicators of economic freedom and business environment. Moreover, as a result, at the end of the planned period, a proper indicator for economic freedom will be computed by the Mackenzie Centre, focusing on Brazil and its federal units.
