The Extension Program is the educational, cultural and scientific process that articulates teaching and research in an inseparable way and enables the transformative relationship between university and society, aiming at the transfer of academic knowledge to the society. At the Mackenzie Presbyterian University, this program is linked to its vision and mission, which, is based on the confessional nature of the Institution, is also characterized by its philanthropic character.

- Services (consulting, advising, curatorship, healthcare, veterinary care, laboratory examinations, expert reports, technical reports, legal aid, commissioned research, heritage restoration/preservation, monitored visits);
- Publication and Other Academic Products (book, book chapter, annals, manual, newspaper, magazine, article, communication, technical report, audiovisual product, radio program, tv program, computer application, educational game, artistic product).
