It has infrastructure for the development, production and characterization of nanomaterials where its equipment and production line are in a clean room environment (Class 1000). In addition to operating in nano and microfabrication, it also supports strategic projects in several areas of the productive sector in research and technological development, product development and provision of services in the area.
