The Human Development and Infrastructure Board - DESIN is responsible for the coordination of personnel administration, coordination of management by competencies,  life quality coordination, coordination of salaries and benefits, procurement and contracts management, projects, works, maintenance, facilities and safety.

José Francisco Hintze Júnior

He has a degree in Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science from the University of São Paulo, with several specialization courses, including marketing at Arden House at Columbia Business School in New York-USA and finance & leadership at Harvard Business School, Boston, USA. His professional career was developed at Pfizer Laboratories Ltda - Animal Health Division, where he worked for more than 33 years in Brazil, Latin America and Asia, retiring in December 2008 in New York. He returned to Brazil in 2009 and in 2011 he joined the Deliberative Council of Instituto Presbiteriano Mackenzie. In this Council, he acted as the 1st Secretary and member of the Finance Standing Committee. He was also president of the Mackenzie Research Fund - MackPesquisa; treasurer of the Mackenzie Association of Education, Research and Culture - AMEPEC; member of the Board of Curators of Fundação Reverendo José Manoel da Conceição and member of the Fiscal Council of Instituto Brasileiro de Contabilidade. He is a certified advisor of IBGC - Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance and member of the Council of Ouro Fino Saúde Animal. He was a curator of FUMVET - Veterinary Medicine Foundation, member of the Council of SINDAN - Union of Veterinary Industry and member of the board of CEPHAS - CentroPresbiteriano e Humanitário de Ação Social.
