Chief of Staff - Office of the Rector
Born in São Caetano do Sul, São Paulo, on August 8, 1950, married to Ester, father of three Mackenzistas and grandfather, he holds a degree in Theology (Bachelor's degree) by the Baptist Theological Faculty of São Paulo (Portuguese: Faculdade Teológica Batista de São Paulo) (1974), a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy by the University of Mogi das Cruzes (Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes) (1975), a Master's Degree in Christian Education by the Presbyterian Center for Graduate Studies Andrew Jumper (Portuguese: CPAJ – Centro Presbiteriano de Pós-graduação Andrew Jumper – CPAJ) (1996), a Master's Degree in Education, Art and History of Culture by the Mackenzie Presbyterian University (2004) and a PhD in Linguistics and Literature also by the Mackenzie Presbyterian University (2010).
He is a full-time professor at the Mackenzie Presbyterian University and Chief of Staff of the Office of the Rector since 2011.
He has experience in Theology, with emphasis in Systematic Theology and Christian Education, working mainly in the following subjects: theology, history of theology, Christian education, ecclesiastical administration, educational approaches, teacher training, teaching skills and religious discourse analysis.
