The Mackenzie Presbyterian University Philosophy Course provides the student with solid tools of philosophical analysis and investigation through the critical study of the main themes addressed in different systems developed throughout the History of Philosophy. The components and curricular activities are organized in order to ensure the egress a formation that enables him to meet the demands of the contemporary world, whether in teaching, researching or other fields. In this sense, the course emphasizes, in the light of a pluralistic theoretical-practical approach, the dialogue with different fields of knowledge.
The Bachelor of Philosophy is mainly devoted to high school. Bacharel works mainly in the development of academic research at the postgraduate level. In the last few years, both for the Bachelor and the Bacharel, the labor market has expanded considerably, reaching broader fields of activity, such as advisory services to NGOs, public or private institutions, publishing houses, research institutes and cultural centers.
