The Mackenzie Center for Economic Freedom, through its master plan, has set out its main operational projects over the next five years. The main scope common to all projects is to discuss Brazil from the perspective of free enterprise. The projects aspire to contribute to the debate about paths for economic development in the country, along with the deleterious effects of excessive state intervention and the wicked institutional incentives created by actions that seek to restrict competition and to ensure privileges to specific groups or segments.
