GENERAL RULES GOVERNING PPGA SCHOLARSHIPS

PPGA SCHOLARSHIPS COMMISSION

The Graduate Administration Program at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie has a Scholarships Commission made  up of five members, including the Program Coordination (commission chair) and parity representation of the faculty and students. The representatives of the faculty and students in the Commission are elected by their peers; faculty members must be tenured professors, while student members must have been enrolled in Program activities as regular students for at least one year.

Please note that the PPGA Scholarships Commission meets the criteria set forth by CAPES (for CAPES scholarships) in article 5 of Ordinance (“Portaria”) No. 181, dated December 18, 2012, and therefore operates as the CAPES Scholarships Commission for PPGA.

Members of the Scholarships Commission

The members of the PPGA Scholarships Commission serve one-year terms, and may be reelected by their peers for one additional year. Table 1 shows the current members of the PPGA Scholarships Commission and their terms.
