• The general aim of this module is to cultivate a critical appreciation of the legal and ethical difficulties raised by artificial intelligence in law and medicine.
More specifically, the aims and objectives include the following:
• To examine the law's involvement with artificial intelligence relevant topics.
• To explore how legal principles might be most effectively used in artificial intelligence in Law and Medicine.
• To develop ethical and contextual awareness of selected emergent topics.
Mackenzie Presbyterian University Law and Medicine Students and Lawyers. It is opened, though to anyone who want to participate.
A basis of Civil Law and Constitutional is recommended but, not a must.
